ANEGADA - 2007 - 2015
We would like to show you the breathtaking and deserted beaches of the coral atoll of Anegada on the following pages. We have visited the "drowned island" several times in the years between 2007 and 2015. Its name comes from the Spanish "Tierra anegada", which means "Sunken Land". The highest point of the 19 km long and almost 5 km wide coral atoll reaches a height of just 9 meters.
